I absolutely love taking my cats here. No matter where I have lived in Syracuse they have always gone here and will continue to do so. The staff are great and the doctors are so wonderful! They are always happy to explain what they are doing (or suggest) and why and always have time for questions.
We were very excited about this place. It came recommended. It is in a beautiful setting and looks like something out of Currier and Ives. We can't recommend this facility. Our veterinarian was Dr. Capparelli. She misdiagnosed our pet on several occasions to the detriment of our dearly beloved family member.
Took my sick dog there after i became dissatisfied with my previous vet. They got me in the next day even though I was not a patient there. They spend an hour and a half with me and did a very thorough exam. They were compassionate and caring. I highly recommend them
You will not find a more knowledgeable, caring and compassionate staff anywhere in the region. The staff will take the time to get to know your pet and will treat them the same way you care for them. Highly recommended.
Dr. Cheri Capparelli is an amazing Veterinarian. I will not go anywhere else with my animals.
