Outright rude and irresponsible police department who went out of their way to let me know "we're not Nazi's". I was in manlius (for some dumb reason) and I got a seat belt ticket, officer wasn't too unfriendly would call him nice. Runs my plate says "youve got no arrest or traffic record! So I'm gonna have to give you a ticket." Then proceeds to go on about "we're not Nazis and we're doing this for your safety and not to make money." I was talking with some state trooper buddies the next day and found out they get govenernment kick backs. So nothing you can do about it lets go pay the fine. No one is there to collect at the clerks office and the rude lady at the police desk refuses to help and just says you'll just have to come back tomorrow.
