These guys know what they are doing when it comes to bicycle maintenance. I asked them to take a look at my bike because of a chain rubbing problem and they fixed that and pointed out another issue that they fixed for free. Great service.
The first time I went there I had a flat I was just asking how much before I knew it they fixed it within 10 minutes. I knew my bike wasn't working right and probably needed a full tuneup. I brought it Wednesday they said early next week, and they saw that look of (I know Saturdays going to be nice) I said well if it's possible could I might get it Saturday. Sure if enough before noon my bike was done. Now the important part how did the bike ride after? I took it on about 12-15 mile ride through Nelson hills, and it was a different bike so much smoother, and no noise! Was so nice to ride the bike and know that it had been fixed right! I would recommend Bike Loft East, it's like the bike shops of old they care about their customer's
Always helpful, very knowledgeable, great service. A pleasure going in to see they guys here. Jeremy and the staff give so much to the community, especially with their Neutral Race Support of sooo many events in the area. They really pay it forward, thanks guys!
These guys don't have that snobby attitude some other shops have. If you have a problem they'll work it out for you.
